We are the only authorized training facility for "Professional Bartending Schools of America" (PBSA) in the Maryland and Washington, DC area.

The Classroom

Our school features a state-of-the-art barroom allows you to experience exactly what it feels like behind a completely functional bar, allowing you to utilize our modern and up to date equipment in order to build the confidence and knowledge you will need to begin your new career as a professional bartender.

At our Maryland Bartending School, you will train under simulated barroom conditions. Our bartending school is equipped with a full range of professional bar tools and equipment, such as front bars, back bars, cash registers, electronic soda dispensers, stainless steel sinks, cocktail units, overhanging glass racks, blender, ice machines, draught beer dispensers and much, much more.

The Maryland Bartending Academy teachers are experienced bartenders and educators. Entrance Requirements:

A student must be 18 years or older, of good moral character, and must possess the necessary aptitude and attitude to perform in this chosen vocation. A high school diploma is not required.

Classes at our bartending school are limited in size, so make your reservation early with a $100.00 deposit to secure your seat in the class of your choice. Your deposit will be applied to your tuition fee. School registration hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm. Call the Maryland Bartending School at 410-787-0020.
